It's official! TRŪ WĪN CŌ. is opening it's own tasting room within SLO WINE & BEER CO. We are very excited to announce our opening. We hope that you stop by, SLOw down, and sip on the finest selection of wine that TRŪ WĪN CŌ. has to offer.
I have been looking forward to the day that I could open my own tasting room since I started my winery back in 2016. Hats off to Aaron Warren at SLO Wine & Beer Co. for making that happen. We are excited to see where this partnership takes us and can't wait to share good times and good wine, with new friends.

BE TRU ROSEAppellation: San Luis Obispo County Blend: Grenache Noir 65%, Mourvèdre 35% Technical Alcohol: 12.9% pH: 3.4 TA: 6 g/l RS: 0.4 g/l (dry) Tasting Notes: Taste coastal terroir of San Luis Obispo County in this Grenache - Mourvèdre Rose’ blend produced in the traditional Provence style. The fruit was hand picked at dawn, destemmed and taken direct to press to deliver only the lightest and most delicate flavors to the juice. Aromas of Asian pear, strawberry and grapefruit are enveloped by a mouthfeel that is creamy and crisp at once. |
SYRAHAppellation: San Luis Obispo County Blend: 100% Syrah (67% Spanish Springs, 33% Terra Bella) Technical: 1/3 new French oak, 1/3 one year French Oak, 1/3 two year French Oak 15.6% alcohol pH 3.60 TA 5.6 g/l TA 1 g/l RS Tasting Notes: Densely colored with purple hues to the rim of the glass. Effusive aromas of blueberry and lingonberry combine with mocha and roasted coffee bean on the nose. The lively attack gives generous ripe fruit on the mid-palate followed by a juicy freshness on finish. |
